Deliveries & Refunds
1. Sanchez Hipertextil has available the following means of payment:
- Credit Card, you will directly enter the secure web of our bank, and your data will be SSL encrypted and will not be recorded in any proprietary database administered by us. The process is integrally carried out at the servers of the bank, which only forwards us the results of the payment transaction.
- PayPal, will directly enter PayPal secure web and, for your security, your data will be SSL encrypted and will not be recorded in any proprietary database administered by us. The process is integrally carried out at PayPal servers, which only forwards us the results of the payment transaction. Payment through PayPal has a surcharge that you will be able to see when choosing the mean of payment in the online store.
-Wire Transfer, upon requesting this mean of pay (in case you have not been able to make the payment with a credit/debit card), you will automatically receive our bank details so you can make the transfer. Your order will be dispatched the moment the payment is confirmed.
2. Delivery time
You will receive your order after 2 to 10 working days, through the CORREOSEXPRESS shipping company. Shipping to the Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will be made by regular mail. In case that we are out of stock for any part of your order, our customer service team will inform you, offering to you the possibility of waiting, changing or voiding your order.
If you have made a purchase over the internet and you are located near any of our brick and mortar stores, you have the option of picking up your order at whatever location is most convenient for you. In this case, any shipping charges will be credited to you. Just let us know through a message to [email protected] and wait for pickup confirmation.
3. Shipping costs
Peninsular Spain: All orders over 59€ will not have shipping costs associated to it and the shipment will be free. In case the order total is below that value the shipping charge will be 4.95 euro.
Baleares: All shipping has a transport charge of 13.95 euro.
Canarias, Ceuta and Melilla: We regret to inform you that for reasons beyond our control, shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are temporarily deactivated.
Other destinations: If the order is destined to a location outside of Spain, in the majority of cases the system will calculate the shipping costs upon completion of the order and will show the same according to the specified delivery address.
In those cases when the system cannot calculate the shipping cost, it is still possible to make the order, but the shipping cost will be pending until the order is finalized. When the shipping cost is determined it will be send to you and once you agree with it, we will provide an alternate mean of payment so the order can be properly put together and shipped promptly.
4. Do you need to make a gift?
If you have to make a gift remember that when making your order you can send it to another address to the name of whomever you wish, keeping the management of the order as if it is made for yourself.

At Sanchez Hipertextil we want to make your life easy. That is why if you need a given measurement, or a specific article, and you can't find it, please donít hesitate to contact us by e-mail and we will try to help you by putting that article on the web. Also, if you experience any difficulties with our web, please do let us know.
6. Guarantee and return
If after receiving your order a product is not to your liking, we give you the possibility of returning it within the first 14 days of receiving your order, and we will refund your money (does not include shipping costs). The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the returned products.
Any return, whatever its cause, must be made with its original packaging and condition.
The product must be accompanied by your invoice and under no circumstances will returns of garments that have been washed, pre-washed or that due to poor handling be in a different state than that of receipt be accepted.
The shipping costs caused by the return are borne by the customer and he can choose the means. Special individual orders, fabrics by the meter and orders by phone are not returnable, as well as, for hygienic reasons, pillows, toppers, mattresses and feather / duvet products are not returned either.
The procedure for making a return will be as follows:
- Send an email to [email protected] with the information of name, date and order number, and detail the product / s that you want to return.
We will respond by indicating the shipping address and steps to follow.
No return will be accepted without prior authorization by mail.
- Once the return arrives at our warehouses, the product will be reviewed to verify its perfect condition and once verified, the corresponding return will be made in the same way in which the payment was made.
If once checked, it is found that the product does not meet the return conditions, Sánchez Hipertextil reserves the right not to make the refund and the customer will have to bear the shipping costs.
We do not make changes, only returns.
In the event that your initial order had amounted to more than 59€, and you would have benefited from a reduction in shipping or free shipping, if when making a return of one or more products of that order the total amount would be below of the indicated limit, at the time of the return of the money of this or these articles the value of postage or reduction of postage will be discounted.
In the case of items with free shipping, if it is returned and there is no other item with free shipping in the order or the remaining order does not reach the minimum amount to obtain free shipping, the value of the equivalent shipping will be discounted in the refund of the amount.
7. Claims
Your comments and suggestions will be welcomed. Your complaints and claims will be handled by our Customer Service Department in the shortest possible time, and in any case, within a maximum period of one month.
If you as a consumer consider that your rights have been violated, you can address your complaints to us through the indicated means in order to request an out-of-court settlement of disputes. In addition, we inform you that you have complaint forms in all our stores.
The parties submit, at their choice, for the resolution of conflicts and renouncing any other jurisdiction, to the courts of Barcelona.
Likewise, alternative dispute resolution can be used, for which we facilitate access in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of May 21, 2013, to the full document of the regulation and to the Resolution platform. of Online Litigation of the European Union.

8. Have you received a wrong or defective product?
In the event that you have received a defective or erroneous product, it will be exchanged for the same one in perfect condition or in case of lack of stock for one with similar characteristics.
The claim period will be 10 business days after receipt of the order. After this period, no claim will be accepted, so we advise you, make sure when receiving your order that everything is correct (measurements, sizes, zippers, colors ...)
To determine obvious manufacturing defects or the wrong product and expedite procedures, please send us one or more photographs of the product to [email protected] along with the order number and date.
We remind you that there can be a variation of color in the pictures on the web with respect to the actual products, and the said images DO NOT have to be considered exact representations of the product since they are dependent on monitor configuration, available light and other factors.
