You will receive your order after 2 to 10 working days, through the ZELERIS shipping company. Shipping to the Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will be made by regular mail. In case that we are out of stock for any part of your order, our customer service team will inform you, offering to you the possibility of waiting, changing or voiding your order.
If you have made a purchase over the internet and you are located near any of our brick and mortar stores, you have the option of picking up your order at whatever location is most convenient for you. In this case, any shipping charges will be credited to you. Just let us know through a message to [email protected] and wait for pickup confirmation.
Peninsular Spain: All orders over 100€ will not have shipping costs associated to it and the shipment will be free. In case the order total is below that value the shipping charge will be 4.95 euro.
Baleares: All shipping has a transport charge of 8.95 euro.
Canarias, Ceuta and Melilla: All shipping has a transport charge of 25 euro.
Other destinations: If the order is destined to a location outside of Spain, in the majority of cases the system will calculate the shipping costs upon completion of the order and will show the same according to the specified delivery address.
In those cases when the system cannot calculate the shipping cost, it is still possible to make the order, but the shipping cost will be pending until the order is finalized. When the shipping cost is determined it will be send to you and once you agree with it, we will provide an alternate mean of payment so the order can be properly put together and shipped promptly.
Warranty and refund
If upon reception of your order any product is not up to your expectations, for 14 days after the delivery we offer you the possibility of devolution of the order and we will return your money (except for the shipping costs). The costs associated with devolution have to be paid by the client. Special individual orders and telephone orders are not admissible for devolution, as are not for hygienic motives, any pillows. The product must be accompanied by the invoice, and we will not by any means accept any product that has been washed, pre-washed or that by mishandling are in a different state compared to when they were received. Any devolution has to be previously authorized by e-mail. We will return money, but we will not exchange a product for other.
In case that your initial order was over 100€, and because of that it did not have any shipping costs associated to it; and you return just part of the order (under 100€), when making the devolution, we will deduct shipping fees from the credited amount, as transportation fees.
We remind you that there can be a variation of color in the pictures on the web with respect to the actual products, and the said images DO NOT have to be considered exact representations of the product since they are dependent on monitor configuration, available light and other factors. If you have any problem, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will facilitate a solution.
How to buy
From any page in the store, you can select the products you want to search for them through the side menu, or by deploying the upper marks or words search engine key.

From this screen you can register in our online store in just two steps. Quick and easy. Be sure to enter the data correctly, since communications operations will receive them in the mail indicating us, and the default for your shipping address will be what you enter as your domicile.
